The Terminalator II: Terminal of Endearment thoughts on Bob

I rewatched The Terminalator II: Terminal of Endearment.  While there is no doubt that Bob’s timing in mentioning the phone charger to Linda’s mom wasn’t the best approach, I don’t think he’s entirely wrong.  It is a lot for Linda’s parents to ask her to go out and get itch cream for her dad’s eczema.  His intentions are good in how they treat her isn’t the best and I like how he stands up for her, he did make a promise and I wish he let it go and then vent to someone like Teddy.  It would have been a great opportunity to expand the Bob/Teddy friendship develop overtime.  I think it would make a nice little escape from the chaos that Bob deals with when it comes to Linda’s parents.  While Linda’s dad seems nice, I wish her mom was less abrasive in how she was talking to people.  It’s funny for the tone of the show, however, in all seriousness there are people who act like this and it’s not right.  It’s over the top in how the show creators made Linda’s mom because it very easily could’ve been too realistic but they decided to jazz it up so that way we can laugh at an otherwise serious situation.

However, in my rant, just wanted to give my opinion of how I kind of side with Bob in his right to be annoyed with Linda’s parents.  Not the best timing, but he has good intentions.
