The trailer feels cohesive. Filled with action and mystery to see if the characters will get to come home while the rest of the supporting characters are dealing with that turmoil.

The elements that come together but also have some mystery to the story as it’s not being revealed all at once, which is something trailers lack these days. A lot of the time they reveal the plot before we even get the chance to see the film and in movies, we want to be surprised, not have the entire plot revealed to us in two minutes and this is something Nolan did so well in not revealing the twists and turns this soon!

One thing I will say is when Holland’s character says “dad”, this feels inaccurate. While I understand the context, in Ancient Greek mythology, I feel they would have called there parents in a more traditional manner rather than modern language as ‘dad’. I hope this was a mistake, but if not this is concerning as we might get taken out of the time period the movie is set in. Hopefully, I am proven wrong in this theory.

Overall, this trailer felt exciting and cannot wait to see this movie in July!
